Our UK delivery charges are included in the price of the item for sale for delivery anywhere in the UK.
- We send by First Class Mail, recorded delivery to any UK address.
- We aim to despatch items within 3-4 working days although most items are despatched the same day (Monday to Friday).
- We will contact you immediately if any item is out of stock with details of when the item will be available for despatch.
Refund Policy
Items purchased on our website can be returned for a full refund under our refund policy (please be aware that this is not the normal policy of our stores) provided that you have first notified us by telephone 0208 524 4040 within 7 days of the purchase and the goods are then returned in a re-salable condition, which is at our discretion, with any swing tickets still attached.
Please note that we cannot refund any cost for postage that you may have paid, unless we have sent you an item incorrectly or the item is deemed to be faulty.
In addition to this refund policy, under the UKs distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 7 days.
For your own protection when returning any items, we suggest that you use Recorded Delivery, as we will not issue refunds for any items that fail to reach us. Your statutory rights are not affected.
